Votre agence d'emploi, travail temporaire / placements CDD/CDI située à St Herblain, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, UN Responsable Ressources Humaines (H/F)
L'entreprise localisée à Bouaye est spécialisée dans le domaine agricole.
Vos missions principales :
Rattaché(e) à la Direction, vous assurez la gestion et le pilotage de l'ensemble des activités RH :
Management de 2 collaborateurs (trices) : organisation, accompagnement, montée en
compétences
Pilotage des recrutements dans un contexte de forte saisonnalité (volumes importants,
anticipation des besoins, relations avec partenaires emploi)
Élaboration, mise en oeuvre et suivi du plan de formation
Organisation et suivi des visites médicales
Interface et coordination avec le service paie (transmission des variables, suivi administratif,
conformité)
Veille réglementaire et application du droit social
Votre Profil
Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines ou Droit Social
Expérience confirmée sur un poste RH généraliste, idéalement dans un environnement à forte
saisonnalité
Expérience en management d'équipe
Compétences en recrutement et connaissance des job board.
Bonne maitrise du droit du travail
Rigueur, organisation, réactivité et excellent relationnel CARACTERISTIQUES DU POSTE :
Horaires : lundi à vendredi
Rémunération : selon profil
Un poste polyvalent
Un environnement dynamique et humain
