TOMA Intérim Douai recrute pour son client, acteur innovant de l'industrie, des Conducteurs de Ligne H/F sur le site de Lambres-lez-Douai.

En rejoignant cette équipe, vous deviendrez un acteur clé d'un secteur en pleine croissance et porteur d'avenir.
Vos missions :
Encadré(e) par un Team Leader, vous aurez pour rôle de piloter des installations automatisées en salle blanche "zéro poussière", avec un objectif clair : sécurité, qualité, performance.
- Garantir la production quotidienne selon les standards.
- Conduire, surveiller et optimiser les équipements automatisés.
- Identifier et résoudre rapidement les incidents techniques.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process.
- Respecter scrupuleusement les règles de sécurité et qualité.
Votre profil :
Vos compétences :
- Expérience réussie en milieu industriel, idéalement en production automatisée.
- Maîtrise des outils et machines de production.
- Bonnes connaissances en gestion de pannes et amélioration continue.
- Sensibilité forte aux normes de sécurité et de qualité.
Vos atouts personnels :
- Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe.
- Réactivité et capacité d'analyse.
- Flexibilité pour travailler en horaires postés (3x12) ou le week-end.
