L'Agence d'Intérim TOMA recherche activement un Façadier expérimenté (H/F) pour répondre aux demandes de nos clients dans le secteur de la construction et de la rénovation.
Vos tâches principales :
-Préparation des Surfaces : Préparer les surfaces à travailler en effectuant des travaux de nettoyage, de décapage, et de réparation.
-Application d'Enduits : Appliquer des enduits de façade pour assurer une protection efficace et un aspect esthétique optimal.
-Isolation Thermique : Réaliser des travaux d'isolation thermique par l'extérieur (ITE) pour améliorer la performance énergétique des bâtiments.
-Peinture et Finition : Effectuer des travaux de peinture, de décoration et de finition pour embellir les façades.
-Réparation et Rénovation : Procéder à la réparation des fissures, à la rénovation des éléments dégradés, et à la restauration des façades anciennes.
Profil Recherché :
Formation : Diplôme en façade, peinture, ou expérience équivalente.
Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des techniques d'application d'enduits, connaissance des matériaux de façade, aptitude à utiliser les outils spécifiques.
Esthétique : Sensibilité artistique et capacité à travailler sur des projets esthétiques, en veillant à la qualité visuelle des finitions.
Sécurité sur le Chantier : Respecter les règles de sécurité sur le chantier, utiliser les équipements de protection individuelle adéquats.
Autonomie : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, à gérer les priorités et à suivre les consignes du chef de chantier.
Esprit d'Équipe : Aptitude à travailler en équipe, à collaborer efficacement avec les autres professionnels du chantier.
Permis de Conduire : Permis B souhaité Expérience : Une expérience significative en tant que Façadier est exigée.
