Votre agence d'emploi spécialisée en travail temporaire et placements CDD/CDI située à Montbrison (42) recherche pour l'un de ses clients situé à Montbrison, un Conducteur de Travaux Menuiserie Aluminium / Métallerie H/F.
Prêt(e) à piloter des chantiers de A à Z en garantissant qualité, délais et performance ?
Si tu es à l'aise avec la coordination d'équipes, la gestion de projets techniques et le suivi de chantier, ce poste est fait pour toi !
Tes missions :
- Préparation et planification des chantiers en lien avec le bureau d'études et l'atelier.
- Organisation et coordination des équipes de pose sur le terrain.
- Suivi de l'avancement des travaux et contrôle de la qualité et conformité des ouvrages.
- Respect des plannings, des budgets et des consignes de sécurité.
- Interface entre le chantier, le bureau d'études et la direction pour gérer les problématiques techniques.
- Rédaction de rapports, comptes-rendus et suivi des indicateurs de performance.
- Anticipation des besoins en matériel et gestion des approvisionnements.
- Participation aux réunions de chantier avec les clients, architectes et intervenants.
Les modalités du poste :
- Lieu de travail : Montbrison (42)
- Rémunération : 3 200 EUR brut mini
- Horaires : Cadre forfait jour.

Ton profil :
- Tu es organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et tu sais gérer les priorités.
- Tu justifies d'une expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans) en conduite de travaux, idéalement en menuiserie aluminium ou métallerie.
- Tu maîtrises la lecture de plans (architecturaux et d'exécution).
- Une connaissance des systèmes aluminium (type Reynaers, Kawneer, Wicona) est un plus.
- Tu connais les normes du bâtiment, les règles de sécurité et les procédures qualité.
- Tu es autonome, réactif(ve) et doté(e) d'un bon sens du relationnel.
- La maîtrise d'Autocad est un plus. .
