Nous recherchons pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, un magasin de bricolage situé à Saint-Étienne, un(e) conseiller(ère) service client dans le cadre de missions en intérim à temps partiel (remplacement).
Vous interviendrez en renfort sur le point de vente afin d'assurer la fluidité du parcours client et la qualité du service en magasin. Vous serez amené(e) à travailler sur différentes activités liées à l'accueil, l'encaissement et la gestion des flux clients.
Missions principales :
Encaissement en caisse traditionnelle et caisse automatique ;
Accompagnement et assistance des clients sur les caisses automatiques ;
Gestion des retraits de marchandises (drive / retrait magasin) ;
Traitement des reprises et retours produits ;
Gestion du service après-vente (SAV) ;
Encaissements clients professionnels (BtoB) ;
Participation à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation client.
Nous recherchons une personne motivée, dynamique et orientée service client.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du relationnel, votre rigueur et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs missions en autonomie. Vous appréciez le contact client et savez faire preuve de patience et de pédagogie, notamment dans l'accompagnement aux outils digitaux (caisses automatiques).
Vous aimez le travail en équipe et êtes à l'aise dans un environnement de magasin. Une expérience minimum de 2 ans en magasin de bricolage est exigée.
Vous avez déjà occupé un poste similaire en service client / caisse / accueil en grande surface spécialisée ou magasin de bricolage.
Une bonne maîtrise des opérations de caisse, des flux de marchandises et du service après-vente est indispensable.
