Recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un agent administratif au quai
Au sein de l'entreprise localisée proche de Cuisery, en respectant les règles de sécurité, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes :
- Emission des BLs
- Elaboration des bons de préparations selon les sites de chargement
- Contact avec les prestataires stockages externes (bon de chargement, retours/envois et planning transport)
- Vérification de la disponibilité des produits finis avant chargement
- Envoi des ordres de transport aux partenaires transport
- Gestion documentaire (contrôle, classement, suivi)
Compétences :
- Forte capacité d'adaptation
- Expérience en transport/logistique
- Maitrise du Pack Office
- Utilisation de logiciels professionnel
Caractéristiques :
- Poste pour les remplacements d'été à pourvoir du 1er juin au 7 septembre.
