TOMA INTERIM DOUAI recrute pour l'un de ses clients basé sur Orchies un(e) menuisier poseur / agenceur H/F afin d'assurer l'installation chez les clients de meubles et agencements sur mesure, en garantissant un niveau de finition irréprochable, conforme aux plans et aux exigences de qualité de l'entreprise.
Missions principales :
-Réaliser la pose de meubles et agencements sur mesure (résidentiel et professionnel)
-Lire et interpréter les plans techniques
-Assurer les ajustements et finitions sur site
-Garantir la qualité et la conformité des installations
-Respecter les délais et l'organisation des chantiers
-Collaborer avec l'atelier pour assurer la continuité fabrication / pose
-Être l'interlocuteur client sur chantier (conseil, ajustements, satisfaction)
Profil recherché
-Expérience confirmée en pose de menuiserie sur mesure
-Autonomie, rigueur et organisation
-Esprit d'équipe et sens du service
-Bonne présentation et communication professionnelle Compétences requises
-Maîtrise des techniques de pose en menuiserie d'agencement
-Lecture de plans techniques
-Utilisation des outils électroportatifs et de précision
-Sens du détail et exigence de qualité
-Capacité à gérer les imprévus sur chantier
-Bon relationnel client
