TOMA INTERIM Brest recherche pour l'un de ses clients spécialisés dans la transformation de viande un désosseur de porc expérimenté (H/F) à Lampaul-Guimiliau.
Vos missions :
- Expert du geste technique, vous intervenez au coeur de la chaîne de transformation :
- Technicité : Assurer le désossage, le parage et la préparation des pièces de porc avec une grande précision.
- Sécurité & Hygiène : Appliquer rigoureusement les normes sanitaires et les consignes de sécurité en vigueur.
- Performance : Maintenir une cadence de production efficace tout en garantissant un niveau de qualité irréprochable.
- Polyvalence : S'impliquer activement dans les différentes étapes de la chaîne selon les besoins de la production.
Profil recherché :
- Maîtrise du geste : Véritable pro du couteau, vous possédez une excellente dextérité et travaillez avec rapidité.
- Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience solide en désossage ou découpe de viande.
- État d'esprit : Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sérieux, votre rigueur et votre capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Mobilité : Permis B et véhicule souhaités (essentiels pour les horaires décalés du secteur). Ce que nous vous proposons :
