Au sein de notre Service Expert en Couverture-Etanchéité et Bardage Métallique, vous serez responsable du suivi de dossiers confiés par le responsable travaux. Vous assurerez la présence aux réunions de chantier, l'accompagnement du bureau d'études et des équipes administratives, ainsi que la gestion financière des projets. Vous gérerez également les achats de matériaux, le personnel interne et sous-traitant, ainsi que le matériel de location pour garantir la bonne exécution des chantiers.
Nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté ou semi-expérimenté, autonome et organisé, capable de gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers. Le candidat doit avoir des compétences en gestion de projet, une bonne communication pour collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes, ainsi qu'une rigueur dans la gestion administrative et financière. Une connaissance du secteur de la couverture-étanchéité et du bardage est essentielle. Le candidat doit posséder une expérience confirmée ou semi-confirmée en tant que Conducteur de Travaux, idéalement en couverture / étanchéité et bardage métallique. Une connaissance des spécificités techniques de ces domaines, ainsi qu'une expérience en gestion de chantier, gestion financière et coordination d'équipes, sont fortement appréciées.
