TOMA INTERIM Quimper, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un chargé d'affaires en électricité H/F.
Missions :
En lien direct avec la direction et les équipes travaux, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Participer aux réponses aux appels d'offres (lecture de plan, analyse DCE, chiffrage, mémoire technique)
- Piloter les affaires en phase études et travaux
- Assurer le suivi technique, financier et administratif des chantiers
- Encadrer et coordonner les équipes terrain
- Réaliser ou superviser les plans et schémas sous AutoCAD
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients, maîtres d'oeuvre et partenaires
- Garantir la bonne exécution des travaux dans le respect des délais, coûts et exigences qualité
- Participer au développement de l'activité
Profil souhaité :
- Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 en électricité / électrotechnique
- Expérience minimum de 3 ans en électricité bâtiment
- Expérience en tant que chargé d'affaires ou technicien bureau d'études souhaitant évoluer
- Maîtrise d'AutoCAD indispensable
- Bonne connaissance des normes en logements collectifs
Profil souhaité :
- Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 en électricité / électrotechnique
- Expérience minimum de 3 ans en électricité bâtiment
- Expérience en tant que chargé d'affaires ou technicien bureau d'études souhaitant évoluer
- Maîtrise d'AutoCAD indispensable
- Bonne connaissance des normes en logements collectifs
Compétences et qualités :
- Rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités
- Capacité à piloter plusieurs affaires en parallèle
- Leadership et aptitude à encadrer des équipes
- Excellente aisance relationnelle
- Fibre commerciale indispensable, avec capacité à développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients
- Esprit d'initiative et autonomie
