TOMA INTERIM est une agence de recrutement spécialisé dans le BTP, l'industrie, le tertiaire et la logistique.

Nous recherchons un CONDUCTEUR DE TRAVAUX TCE (H/F) pour le compte de l'un de nos clients basé à AIX EN PROVENCE ( 13 )
Préparation des chantiers : Analyser les dossiers techniques et les plans, préparer les commandes de matériaux et anticiper les besoins en main-d'oeuvre.

Gestion du chantier : Superviser et coordonner les équipes sur le terrain (chefs de chantier, ouvriers, sous-traitants), assurer le bon déroulement des travaux.

Suivi des coûts et délais : Garantir le respect du planning et du budget, gérer les imprévus et ajuster les plans de travail en conséquence.

Contrôle qualité et sécurité : Vérifier la conformité des travaux avec les normes de sécurité, de qualité et d'environnement.

Réception des travaux : Organiser et participer aux réunions de chantier, gérer la réception des travaux et la levée des réserves.
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans la conduite de travaux TCE, avec une bonne maîtrise des aspects techniques et organisationnels.

Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et gestion d'équipes.

Autonomie, réactivité, et sens de l'organisation.

Connaissance des normes en vigueur en matière de qualité et de sécurité
