TOMA Intérim Brest, agence d'emploi spécialisée dans le recrutement en intérim, CDD et CDI, recherche un Adjoint au Chef d'Équipe pour l'un de ses clients spécialisé dans l'abattage et la transformation de viande porcine.

Vos missions principales :
- Assister le Chef d'Équipe dans l'encadrement d'une équipe de pareurs et désosseurs de porc
- Participer à l'organisation du travail en fonction des cadences et du planning de production
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité (HACCP)
- Accompagner et former les opérateurs sur les postes de parage et de désossage
- Contrôler la qualité des opérations réalisées
- Assurer le relais du Chef d'Équipe en son absence
- Intervenir ponctuellement sur les postes de production si nécessaire
- Veiller à la propreté des postes et au respect des procédures internes

Lieu : Brest / Finistère
Contrat : Intérim - Temps plein
Durée : Mission longue possible
Salaire : Selon profil et expérience
Horaires : Matin / équipe selon organisation

Profil recherché :
- Expérience en abattoir porcin, parage et/ou désossage
- Première expérience en encadrement ou volonté d'évoluer vers un poste à responsabilité
- Bonne connaissance des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et esprit d'équipe
- Capacité à travailler en environnement froid et cadencé
