L'agence TOMA INTERIM Tours recherche pour un de ses clients basé à Tours pour du grand déplacement ou du local: un CHEF D'EQUIPE ( H/F):
Vous aurez pour mission:
- Encadrer et animer une équipe sur chantier
- Organiser et suivre les travaux au quotidien
- Veiller au respect des délais, de la qualité et des règles de sécurité
- Gérer le matériel et les besoins du chantier
- Être l'interlocuteur terrain auprès des clients et partenaires
Nous recherchons un profil:
- Expérience en travaux électriques ou réseaux
- Capacité à encadrer une équipe
- Autonomie, organisation et sens des responsabilités
- Connaissance des règles de sécurité chantier
- Permis B obligatoire exigé Une expérience de 4 années minimum exigé
