L'Agence d'Intérim TOMA recherche activement un Chef d'équipe Paysagiste Création (H/F) pour répondre aux besoins de ses clients.
Vos missions principales :
- Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de paysagistes sur des chantiers de création.
- Organiser et planifier les travaux d'aménagement extérieur (terrasses, allées, massifs, clôtures, etc.).
- Participer activement aux travaux : maçonnerie paysagère, plantation, engazonnement, pose de structures.
- Lire et interpréter les plans d'aménagement et assurer leur bonne exécution.
- Gérer les approvisionnements et le matériel nécessaires aux chantiers.
- Assurer le respect des délais, de la qualité des réalisations et de la satisfaction client.
- Veiller au respect strict des consignes de sécurité et des normes environnementales.
Profil recherché :
Solides compétences techniques en création paysagère (maçonnerie, plantations, aménagements extérieurs).
Expérience confirmée en encadrement d'équipe sur chantier.
Capacité à motiver une équipe.
Bonne lecture de plans et sens du détail esthétique.
Respect des règles de sécurité et de l'environnement. Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en tant que paysagiste, avec une première expérience en tant que chef d'équipe souhaitée.
