Recherche pour son client spécialisé dans logistique, basé à Civrieux (01) :
SECRETAIRE D'ACCUEIL H/F
Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable d'établissement, le/la Secrétaire d'accueil assure l'accueil, gère le courrier et les services généraux et participe au bon fonctionnement de l'établissement.
Ses principales missions :
- Assure l'accueil téléphonique et physique ;
- Gère le courrier (réception, distribution, préparation et envoi) dont le courrier externalisé ;
- Gère les mailings des documents/produits dans les bacs des clients (ciblages) ;
- Organise l'envoi des fournitures d'imprimerie (badges, cartes de visites, carnet d'ordonnances, etc.) vers les clients ;
- Gère les achats de frais généraux et fournitures de bureaux et achats divers ;
- Gère l'envoi externalisé des factures (NEOPOST aujourd'hui et autres prestataires) ;
- Gère les tripartites (rapprochement, mise sous pli et envoi) ;
- Gère les réservations d'hôtels, les prêts de véhicules et déplacements des salariés (saisie des justificatifs dans KIMOCE ou tout autre outil utilisé) ;
- Participe à l'organisation des manifestations locales et évènements (réunions du personnel, congrès régionaux...) sur site en lien avec les autres services (aménagement de la salle/des espaces, achat de nourriture et éventuels consommables, ...) ;
- Coordonne l'enlèvement des déchets (piles, ampoules, déchets des imprimantes...) ;
- Peut-être amené(e) à effectuer tout travail de secrétariat (envoi de factures, rédaction de courriers,...) ou tâches diverses en lien avec le bon fonctionnement de l'établissement ;
- Remonte à son responsable toute information liée à son activité ;
- Effectue les missions déléguées par le responsable d'établissement ;
- Peut effectuer le relevé quotidien/hebdomadaire/mensuel des températures dans l'entrepôt et à l'intérieur des colis expédiés aux clients si besoin selon les règles et modalités en vigueur dans l'établissement.
Temps de travail hebdomadaire : 36h30 (heures supplémentaires majorées payées)

Mardi : 8h30 - 12h30 / 13h30 - 17h30

Bac à Bac+2 en secrétariat, assistanat, gestion administrative ou équivalent
Première expérience réussie en :
- Accueil / standard
- Secrétariat administratif
- Gestion de services généraux
Compétences
Maîtrise des tâches administratives (courriers, facturation, mise sous pli, mailings)
Gestion des fournitures et des achats courants
Organisation logistique (réservations, déplacements, événements)
Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Aisance avec les outils informatiques
Utilisation d'outils d'affranchissement / externalisation du courrier (type Neopost)
