TOMA INTERIM recrute pour l'un de ses clients, entreprise spécialisée dans le secteur du BTP, un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) H/F à temps partiel.
Poste à pourvoir tous les matins.
Rattaché(e) à la direction ou au responsable d'exploitation, vous assurez le bon suivi administratif des activités de l'entreprise.
Vos missions :
Accueil téléphonique et gestion des mails,
Saisie et suivi des dossiers administratifs,
Gestion des devis, bons de commande et facturation,
Suivi des chantiers (documents, relances, mise à jour des dossiers),
Gestion et suivi des appels d'offres (constitution des dossiers, dépôt, suivi),
Classement et archivage des documents,
Aide à la gestion du personnel (heures, intérimaires, dossiers salariés)
Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et réactif(ve), vous savez gérer les priorités et faire preuve d'autonomie dans votre travail.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques et possédez un bon relationnel.
Une connaissance du secteur du BTP est un véritable atout. Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste administratif, idéalement dans le secteur du BTP.
