TOMA INTERIM, Fédérateur de compétences ! Votre agence d'emploi, travail temporaire / placements CDD/CDI située à Muret (31) recherche pour l'un de ses clients un Chef d'Équipe Paysagiste H/F avec permis BE.
Vos missions :
Encadrer et animer une équipe sur les chantiers d'aménagement paysager
Organiser et répartir les tâches selon l'avancement des travaux
Réaliser les travaux de création et d'entretien des espaces verts
Assurer le suivi des chantiers dans le respect des délais et de la qualité attendue
Conduire les véhicules avec remorque et assurer le transport du matériel grâce au permis BE
Veiller à l'entretien du matériel et des engins utilisés
Contrôler l'application des règles de sécurité sur chantier
Être l'interlocuteur privilégié du client sur le terrain
Participer activement aux travaux avec l'équipe
Conditions :
Rémunération selon profil et expérience
Panier repas + indemnités de déplacement
Horaires de journée
Mission évolutive pouvant déboucher sur un CDI
Profil recherché :
Formation en aménagement paysager ou expérience significative dans le domaine
Expérience réussie en gestion d'équipe exigée
Bonne maîtrise des techniques de création et d'entretien paysager
Capacité à organiser et gérer un chantier en autonomie
Leadership, rigueur et sens des responsabilités
Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe appréciés
Respect des consignes de sécurité et du matériel confié
Permis BE exigé
Maîtrise de l'utilisation du matériel et des engins d'espaces verts
