Recherche pour son client spécialisé dans la grande distribution a Beynost :
des EMPLOYES DE MISE EN RAYON H/F
Différentes spécialisations possibles en fonction des rayons :
BAZAR, LIQUIDE, PLS, BOULANGERIE, PATISSERIE, SURGELES, ETC.
- Vous aurez en charge le merchandising et l'implantation des produits avec la mise en rayon
- Vous utiliserez une scanette (système informatisé) pour préparer les commandes.
- Vous accueillez et renseignez le client dans le respect de la charte en vigueur dans le magasin : la satisfaction du client est votre priorité.
- Vous êtes amené à faire de la mise en rayon ou travailler sur des rayons tels que la marée, la charcuterie ou la boucherie en aide, en simple exécutant mais en respectant les règles d'hygiènes.
Horaire d'équipe, journée, planning défini à la semaine avec travail sur le week-end obligatoire.
Rémunération 12.02EUR B/ Heure sur une base de 35H/sem avec 1.75 heures de pause rémunéré si 35h minimum réalisé+ IFM et ICCP
Horaire possible :
13H00 - 20H00 ou 12H00 - 20H00
9H00 - 15H15 ou 8H00-15H00
7H00 - 13H00 ou 10H00 - 16H00
5H00-11H ou 6H00 -12H00
Zone non desservi en transport en commun
Vous êtes reconnu pour vous aisance relationnel avec la clientèle
Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur et d'autonomie
Aisance relationnelle car vous travaillez avec du public.
Profil étudiant accepté si disponibilité sur 3/4 mois minimum Une première expérience dans ce secteur d'activité est appréciée. Vous devez avoir des compétences en merchandising et en mise en rayon, ainsi qu'une bonne capacité à accueillir et renseigner les clients, tout en respectant les normes d'hygiène. Une connaissance des produits alimentaires est un plus.
