TOMA INTERIM, Fédérateur de compétences ! L'agence de Louhans, spécialiste du travail temporaire et du placements CDD/CDI, recherche pour l'un de ses clients basé sur LOUHANS (71) un OPERATEUR DECOUPE (H/F)
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Suivi du planning de production : Respect des délais et gestion des priorités de fabrication.
- Préparation du poste de travail : Assemblage des matières premières et des pièces nécessaires à l'opération de cisaillage.
- Lecture des documents techniques : Analyse des plans, programmes et fiches d'instructions pour assurer une production conforme.
- Préparation et programmation des équipements : Sélection de l'outillage approprié et programmation des machines pour garantir une production optimale.
- Contrôle qualité : Vérification de la conformité des pièces produites selon les normes définies (dimensions, finition, etc.).
- Conditionnement des pièces : S'assurer que les produits sont conditionnés conformément aux spécifications pour l'expédition.
- Production des pièces : Réalisation des opérations de pliage, assemblage et finitions des pièces tout en respectant les règles de sécurité et le dossier de fabrication.
- Enregistrement des données : Saisie des informations relatives à la production dans l'ERP pour le suivi et la traçabilité.
Profil recherché :
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques et utilisation des équipements de contrôle dimensionnel.
- Rigueur et autonomie : Sens de l'organisation, précision et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Qualité et sécurité : Souci constant de la qualité des produits fabriqués et respect des normes de sécurité en vigueur. Caractéristiques :
- Expérience machine : Solide expérience dans l'utilisation de machines à commande numérique (CNC).
