Nous recrutons pour une mission chez l'un de nos clients un(e) dispatcheur (H/F) pour chauffeurs poids lourds en Travaux Publics
Vous travaillerez principalement au bureau, avec une forte présence administrative et organisationnelle.
- Planifier et organiser les tournées des chauffeurs (bennes, 8x4, semi, porte-engins, etc.)
- Assurer la coordination entre les chantiers, les conducteurs et les conducteurs de travaux
- Gérer les aléas du direct (retards, urgences chantier, modifications de planning, absences)
- Commander des camions ou des chauffeurs externes lorsque les ressources internes sont insuffisantes
- Suivre les heures chauffeurs et l'activité journalière
- Veiller au respect de la réglementation transport et des consignes de sécurité
Le profil recherché :
- Connaissances de base en mécanique poids lourds pour diagnostiquer rapidement les pannes et prendre les bonnes décisions
- Capacité à réagir rapidement face aux imprévus
- Sens de l'organisation et gestion du stress
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, planning, logiciels transport
