Recherche pour son client basé à Genay :

un(e) ASSISTANTE COMMERCIAL ET SAV

Vous serez en charge de la :

- Réception et qualification des demandes SAV
- Réception SAV téléphonique : nouvelles demandes, relances, commandes
- Réception SAV mail : nouvelles demandes, relances, commandes
- Contrôle antécédents du client (quel contrats de maintenance ? A-t-il des impayés ? A-t-il des incidents en cours ?)

- Confirmation des RDV par SMS, mail ou téléphone en lien avec le Gestionnaire SAV
- Facturation des interventions
- Mise à jour des incidents en cours après réalisation de l'intervention par le technicien
- Edition des bons de livraison
- Edition des bons de sortie et des bons transfert de stock
- Envoi des devis réalisés par les techniciens

Tâches administratives diverses
- Mise à jour de la base client
- Saisie des inventaires

Rémunération : 2000-2200EURbrut/h + Tickets resto
36 heures
4.5 jours travaillé

Poste à pourvoir immédiatement soit mi-juillet en remplacement jusqu'à au mois décembre 2025
Vous êtes issue d'une formation bureautique et secrétariat
A l'aise et expérimenté sur la relation client par téléphone.
