Votre agence TOMA INTERIM recherche pour l'un de ses clients : un Chef d'équipe (H/F).

Missions :
- Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de 3 opérateurs en production plasturgie
- Organiser le travail quotidien de l'équipe afin de respecter les objectifs de production
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement des lignes et intervenir en appui technique si nécessaire
- Participer aux réunions de production et relayer les informations auprès de l'équipe
- Faire appliquer les consignes de sécurité, de qualité et les procédures internes
- Suivre l'activité de production et rendre compte à la hiérarchie
- Être force de proposition dans l'amélioration des process et de l'organisation
- Accompagner les opérateurs dans leur montée en compétences

Informations diverses :
- Horaires : 2x8, du lundi au vendredi
- 40 h/semaine

Profil recherché :
- Expérience en plasturgie, avec une première expérience en coordination ou gestion d'équipe
- Capacité à encadrer et organiser le travail d'une petite équipe
- Bon relationnel et communication claire avec les équipes et la hiérarchie
- Réactivité face aux aléas de production
- Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et autonomie
- Connaissance des règles de sécurité et de qualité en milieu industriel
