TOMA INTERIM, Fédérateur de compétences ! Votre agence d'emploi, travail temporaire / placements CDD/CDI située à Louhans (71) recherche pour l'un de ses clients situé proche de Lons le Saunier (39) un CHEF D'EQUIPE H/F
Vos missions :
Encadrer et animer une équipe d'ouvriers sur chantier
Organiser et répartir les tâches selon le planning
Veiller au bon déroulement des travaux (qualité, sécurité, délais)
Lire et interpréter les plans
Participer activement aux travaux sur le terrain
Assurer la liaison avec le conducteur de travaux
Profil recherché :
Expérience confirmée en travaux publics, idéalement en tant que chef d'équipe
Bon leadership et sens de l'organisation
Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'équipe
Connaissance des règles de sécurité sur chantier
Permis B exigé (C/CE apprécié)
