Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise spécialisée en plomberie et chauffage située à Saint-Étienne, un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve) BTP.
Au sein de l'entreprise, vous assurerez le suivi administratif des chantiers et le bon fonctionnement des tâches quotidiennes. Vos missions principales seront :
L'accueil téléphonique et la gestion des demandes clients,
La prise de rendez-vous et la planification des interventions,
Le suivi administratif des chantiers,
La gestion et la compréhension des documents liés au domaine d'activité du bâtiment,
La gestion des appels d'offres
Le traitement des mails et la gestion des dossiers administratifs
Vous occuperez un rôle central dans la coordination entre les équipes terrain et l'administration.
Nous recherchons une personne organisée, réactive et rigoureuse, capable de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.
Vous êtes à l'aise dans la communication téléphonique et possédez un bon relationnel.
Autonome et impliqué(e), vous savez faire preuve d'adaptabilité dans un environnement dynamique comme le BTP.
Une bonne capacité de compréhension des documents administratifs est attendue. Une première expérience en assistanat administratif, idéalement dans le secteur du BTP, est appréciée.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment Excel, la messagerie et le Pack Office.
