Implanté sur la région stéphanoise depuis près de 20 ans, TOMA INTERIM TERTIAIRE accompagne ses clients dans leurs besoins en recrutements tertiaire.
Nous recherchons pour notre client basé à Saint Chamond, un assistant administratif H/F.
Les missions principales du poste sont:
- Accueil téléphonique
- Enregistrement des commandes clients et fournisseurs sur l'ERP de l'entreprise et les plateformes dédiées
- Facturation
- Etablissement des devis
- Préparation du matériel nécessaire aux interventions en coordination avec le magasinier
- Gestion des contrats et commandes de sous traitance
- Planifier les interventions avec les clients par téléphone
- Saisie et pointage hebdomadaires des équipes
De nature dynamique, vous aimez la polyvalence et le contact client.
Très à l'aise avec le téléphone, vous maitrisez les outils bureautiques (internet, pack Office, plateformes ...)
Vous possédez une expérience significative en gestion administrative et planification.
Rigoureux, vous possédez une grande capacité d'adaptation qui vous permet une certaine autonomie sur vos postes. ...
