Implanté sur la région stéphanoise depuis près de 20 ans, TOMA INTERIM TERTIAIRE accompagne ses clients dans leurs besoins en recrutements tertiaire.
Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) polyvalent(e) H/F.
Vous interviendrez sur un périmètre varié de missions administratives et organisationnelles, notamment :
Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et le suivi des demandes clients,
Enregistrer les commandes clients et fournisseurs sur l'ERP de l'entreprise ainsi que sur les plateformes dédiées,
Établir et suivre la facturation,
Rédiger et envoyer les devis,
Gérer les contrats et les commandes en lien avec les prestations,
Assurer la planification des interventions,
Réaliser la saisie et le pointage hebdomadaire des équipes.
Dynamique et polyvalent(e), vous appréciez la diversité des tâches ainsi que le contact client.
À l'aise au téléphone, vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Pack Office, internet, plateformes de gestion).
Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacité d'adaptation et savez travailler en autonomie sur vos missions. Vous avez une expérience réussie en assistanat administratif polyvalent, avec la gestion de dossiers clients, la facturation, les devis et la planification.
Vous êtes à l'aise dans des environnements dynamiques et savez travailler avec rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation.
